A leading Salesforce solutions provider is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with expertise in the Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services including ticket and parts management, warranties, and customer experience. Candidates should have 7–12+ years of Salesforce experience, particularly with the Salesforce Automotive Cloud, and a proven background in the Manufacturing Aftermarket domain. Strong collaboration skills are essential.

• Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Manufacturing Domain and strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services such as ticket management, parts management, dealer networks, warranties, service lifecycle, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging:
• Salesforce Automotive Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Lead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes, including:
• Spare parts sales & inventory integration
• Warranty & claims management
• Dealer/distributor network management
• Service contracts & field service lifecycle
• Returns (RMA) and repair processes
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for:
• Order-to-cash
• Inventory visibility
• Supply chain workflows
• APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and governance

Required Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially:
• Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing
• Expertise in at least two:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warranty lifecycle management
• Dealer portals and B2B commerce
• Field service operations
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
