Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce CRM and Manufacturing Cloud to optimize our commercial sales, CPQ, and related processes. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, design workflows, and deliver solutions through an Agile delivery framework.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience, strategic thinking, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to drive adoption, reporting, and dashboards across sales and service teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
10+ years in Product Management, Solution Architecture, or Business Analysis.
Strong CRM and Salesforce experience.
Excellent cross-functional communication and PM skills.
Familiar with DevOps and agile requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

Capture business requirements and map customer journeys.
Create business process flows and UX mockups.
Build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Identify process improvements for sales and commercial processes.
Coordinate testing and pilot deployments.
Lead stakeholder meetings and project tasks.
Produce and maintain documentation.
Support users and drive adoption.
