Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Sales Transformation Manager to guide complex engagements across lead-to-cash with clients from multiple industries. You will shape sales strategy, processes, and technology choices, directing multi-disciplinary teams and workshops while maintaining client relationships and delivering measurable revenue improvements.

This role requires travel and engagement across global client teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent considered).
5+ years of experience in consulting or industry with focus on commercial functions or related technologies.
Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
Experience facilitating client meetings and workshops.
Willingness to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery with on-time, on-budget performance.
Create and manage engagement resource plan and budget.
Assess sales strategies, processes, and tech to identify improvement opportunities.
Build strong client relationships to gather input and progress deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams and oversee execution of sales transformation initiatives.
Facilitate client workshops and provide strategic guidance on sales strategy and technology.
