You will drive business development, mentor teams, and oversee performance against objectives while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue improvements. A hybrid, client‑facing role with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in consulting or industry with focus on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Experience leading teams, selling consulting services, and managing client workshops.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, manage and deliver cross‑workstream engagements with focus on quality and risk management.
• Guide teams, shape recommendations, and drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Lead client engagements from planning to closure and foster executive relationships.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and new business growth.
