Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development or sales training.
• Experience turning expert knowledge into end-to-end training programs.
• Experience building competency frameworks, assessments and rubrics.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness beyond completion rates.
• Strong command of blended learning formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced).
• Facilitation skills with engaging delivery across audiences.
• Interviewing subject-matter experts to capture and translate knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding for new sales hires, in small cohorts, blending formats.
• Define milestones and readiness checkpoints for standardization.
• Build modular onboarding that other teams can reuse.
• Capture best practices from leaders and top performers for training content.
• Create and maintain product and platform training materials and templates.
• Develop role-based learning paths for SSAs and other sales roles.
• Design and administer assessments with clear criteria and rubrics.
• Deliver training sessions in person and virtually while maintaining a calendar.
