Job summary

DPL Financial Partners, LLC. is seeking a Sales Operations & Systems Manager to own KPI reporting and sales dashboards. Remote or Louisville, KY-based, full-time exempt role reporting to Head of Sales Strategy & Operations.

The role focuses on improving reporting, data quality, and scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Training. You will build and maintain dashboards used by sales consultants and leaders, define requirements, test deliveries, and measure impact with data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Understanding of how sales teams work in a sales, operations, enablement or analytics role.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports and tracing a number back to its source.
• Experience writing business requirements and testing what was built against them.
• Experience validating data across systems and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently: you set priorities and see work through without close direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales team's regular KPI reporting: define what to track, build and maintain dashboards and reports used by sales teams.
• Build reporting in Salesforce, Snowflake, and with in-house AI agents.
• Partner with Analytics to build new reporting and take over ongoing maintenance.
• Validate sales data across Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other tools.
• Own the weekly third-party market intelligence data feed into Snowflake and resolve issues.
• Lead process design and improvements to ensure adoption and accuracy.
