Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced Training and Readiness Lead to drive strategic training initiatives for Internal Sales and External Vendor Telesales audiences.

You will oversee onboarding, knowledge management, and learner support, ensuring readiness across multiple channels and federal markets with strong collaboration with sales leadership. The role requires at least 5 years in training delivery, LMS management, and eLearning development, with a focus on producing scalable training

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Training and Presentation Delivery and/or Sales
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other office applications
• Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate or Captivate

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver a robust sales training curriculum including new hire and sales effectiveness training.
• Onboard new employees in Sales and Service to include sales tracking software training.
• Assess needs and identify development opportunities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with sales partners to align messaging and training rollout; communicate inconsistencies and implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing training support for strategic partnerships to advance sales goals.
• Convey updates, policy changes, and new product information to the communication team.
