Job summary

DPL Financial Partners, LLC is seeking a Sales Operations professional to own regular KPI reporting, dashboards, and data integrity for the sales team. You will define what to track, build and maintain reports across Salesforce and Snowflake, and translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will test implementations, coordinate with Analytics and IT, and drive improvements that scale our sales operations. Remote-friendly with Louisville options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a sales analytics role.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports; tracing numbers to source.
• Ability to write business requirements and test against them.
• Experience validating data across systems and resolving discrepancies.
• Independent work skills with clear priorities and goal-driven focus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Gong, Salesloft, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales team's regular KPI reporting; define what to track and build dashboards used for daily activity, pipeline, and productivity.
• Build reporting in Salesforce, Snowflake, and with in-house AI agents.
• Partner with Analytics to maintain reports and take over as reports become routine.
• Validate sales data across Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other tools.
• Manage weekly third-party market data feed into Snowflake; ensure successful loads and resolve issues.
• Prepare leadership reporting inputs such as territory sizing, lead management, and activity reporting; align with FP&A on consistency.
