Job summary

Offix is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training that boosts salesperson effectiveness and accelerates revenue growth. The role partners with Sales Leadership to build a customer-focused, high-performing sales team in the Gainesville, VA area.

The trainer will lead a 1-year onboarding program, conduct field coaching, reinforce CRM practices, and create training materials while measuring impact and driving continuous improvements across the sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Sales training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• CRM experience (SalesChain is a plus).
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
• Experience in office technology, managed IT, software, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding and a structured 1-year training and development program.
• Deliver sales skills training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with sales representatives.
• Train and reinforce CRM (SalesChain) best practices.
• Develop and maintain sales training materials and resources.
• Coordinate product and solution training with vendors and internal teams.
• Support managers with coaching tools, assessments, and development plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
