Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver programs that accelerate onboarding, improve salesperson effectiveness, and strengthen CRM adoption across the team. • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in sales training, coaching, or leadership preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Experience in office technology, managed IT, software, or related industries preferred.

Develop, deliver, and reinforce training programs that improve salesperson effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, strengthen CRM adoption, and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for onboarding new sales hires, coaching existing team members, developing training content, conducting field training, and ensuring consistent execution of the Offix sales process. The Sales Trainer partners closely with Sales Leadership to build a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization.
