Job summary

WM at the Phoenix Sales Center seeks an experienced trainer to facilitate classroom learning, evaluate participant performance, and coach learners to reinforce skills. You will prepare for learning events, manage sessions, and develop materials to ensure a positive, productive training experience.

The role includes creating assessments, coordinating delivery of training offerings, and generating reports to show impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or Education.
• 5 years of relevant work experience delivering and facilitating training programs (in addition to education requirement).
• 5 years of experience with learning management systems and creating reports.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training courseware and practice activities to ensure mastery of training objectives.
• Coordinates the delivery and instruction of material for new and existing training offerings.
• Generates training reports for key stakeholders.
