Job summary

WM in Tupelo, MS is seeking an experienced trainer/facilitator to lead classroom-based learning at the Tupelo Sales Center. You will evaluate participant performance, coach learners, prepare for learning events, and manage courseware and assessments to ensure mastery of objectives.

You will also contribute to the development of training materials, work with supervision duties, and analyze training metrics to demonstrate impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or Education required.
• High School Diploma or GED plus four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering and facilitating training programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with learning management systems (LMS) and creating reports.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom learning, evaluate participant performance, and coach to reinforce learning at the Tupelo Sales Center.
• Prepare for learning events, manage classrooms, facilitate courseware, and conduct assessments.
• Develop and maintain training materials and supervisor duties as needed.
• Analyze training metrics and generate insights linking outcomes to business impact.
