Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential home trades or related field experience and group instruction.
• Experience teaching groups and coaching individuals in sales or service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sales process training at field locations for groups of 1–10.
• Provide on-site coaching during customer visits to improve outcomes.
• Teach sales process steps, objections handling, and premium service values.
• Design and update training materials and curriculum for the team.
