Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a mid-level Senior Sales System Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced technical sales solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert for customer integration, lead deployments, and collaborate with product teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales experience, a BS/BA, and a track record of mentoring peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of sales related experience.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise and Customer Consultation: Provide technical guidance to direct sales teams and customers on design, customization, and implementation of complex products and services.
System Design, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement: Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions, identify and implement process enhancements with product architects and development community.
Customer Integration and Support: Ensure product integration, troubleshoot issues, support sales plans, and provide training to sales teams and customers.
Project Management and Collaboration: Manage deployment projects, align technical solutions with business goals, lead technical discussions in client meetings.
Product Demonstrations and Documentation: Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, maintain product knowledge, document systems and processes.
