AT&T is seeking a Director-Sales System Engineer to lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced technical sales solutions. Based onsite in Bellevue, WA, this role drives successful customer integration of AT&T products and services.

You will provide strategic technical guidance, oversee deployment projects, develop training, and produce comprehensive documentation while aligning solutions with business goals and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• 10+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience leading large sales teams and cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineers to design and implement complex solutions.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and customer consultation for solution design.
• Manage deployment projects and align solutions with business goals and cost objectives.
• Deliver pre/post-sales support including demos and inquiries from customers.
• Develop training programs and maintain comprehensive documentation and performance reports.
