AT&T is seeking a Senior Sales System Engineer 2 to design, implement, and optimize advanced technical sales solutions for customer integration. The role combines field customer visits with collaborative work from an assigned office location, working with direct sales teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales-related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Experience in technical sales and customer consultation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding direct sales teams and customers on design, customization, and implementation of complex products.
Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure product integration, troubleshoot issues, support sales plans, and train teams and customers.
Manage deployment projects and lead technical discussions in client meetings.
Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, and document systems and processes.
