Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to own the commercial and operational flow from PO intake through booking and warehouse release. You will review purchase orders, quotations, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate orders across ERP, CRM, and related systems.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production, Operations, and Logistics to move orders into execution, communicate risks, and identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management or commercial operations.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems, strong data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, customer‑facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own order intake from PO receipt through booking and warehouse release.
• Review POs, quotations, terms, and delivery requirements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Production, Operations, and Logistics.
• Identify discrepancies and risks, drive timely action and improvements.
• Support partners and Sales teams with clear, proactive communication.
