Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to own the commercial and operational flow from PO intake through booking and warehouse release. You will review POs, quotations, terms, and delivery requirements, creating accurate orders across ERP and CRM systems.

In this role you will coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, guiding partners and internal teams to move orders to execution, while identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements using data and

Qualifications

Relevant experience in sales support, order management, or commercial operations.
Experience with PO/EO data, discrepancies, and cross-functional dependencies.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Own sales orders from PO receipt through validation, booking, and warehouse release.
Review POs, quotations, terms, and delivery requirements; ensure accuracy across systems.
Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Production, Operations, and Logistics to move orders to execution.
Identify discrepancies, risks, and changes; maintain audit trails and data quality.
Support partners and internal teams, guiding PO requirements and delivery readiness.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization; leverage AI tools.
