Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive our commercial sales and service operations. You’ll support customers, coordinate orders, and help ensure smooth delivery while promoting a safe, efficient team environment.

You’ll work closely with customers to solve problems, manage billing and inventory, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. Growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Document and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Lead the department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
