Wolters Kluwer N.V. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Strategy to drive revenue growth in the FCC business unit through strategic sales initiatives and operating models.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Strategy, this role balances hands‑on leadership with people management, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Strategy, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior Sales leadership to drive commercial strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with bookings, retention, and growth objectives.
• Oversee annual and quarterly planning, territory and account assignments, quota allocation, and forecasting.
• Lead revenue performance reviews and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs enabling data-driven decision making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
