The role focuses on generating leads, defining territories, and delivering cross-functional sales excellence through data-driven strategies and collaborative execution. You will lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development.
