Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution. You will engage with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, or email communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement pricing aligned with business goals.
