Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the regional account portfolio and manage distribution.

The role involves delivering technical solutions, generating leads, and coordinating with production and supply chain to meet volume and value targets. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work legally in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop forecast with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
