Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, providing technical solutions, and engaging via face-to-face, phone, or email. 3+ years of sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
