Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to grow the account portfolio and drive revenue across small to mid-size customers while managing distribution. You will engage with large accounts, provide technical solutions, and lead cross-channel communications to win share and deliver value.

The role emphasizes sales planning, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, market intelligence, and price strategies. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align to the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
