Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to manage distribution, grow the account portfolio, and build strong relationships across levels. You will generate leads, define territories, and deliver volume and value through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military experience and at least 3 years in sales, with the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S.-based role requires ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and pricing decisions.
• Negotiate and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
