Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience as a baseline for consideration.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions.
