Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution across the Pacific Northwest region. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering volume and value, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast sales. Strong CRM and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
