BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Breast & Plastic Surgery portfolio in Southern Germany. You will drive adoption, open accounts, support clinical uptake, and build long-term partnerships with surgeons.

Working within a European structure, you will own your territory, develop strategic accounts, and deliver sustainable sales growth while collaborating with the European Breast Surgery team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-value medical devices or implantable products.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to translate clinical value into customer conversations.
• Experience with complex healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territory plan in Southern Germany.
• Establish partnerships with surgeons and healthcare stakeholders.
• Present clinical and commercial value of the GalaFLEX portfolio.
• Navigate product-listing and access processes in institutions.
• Maintain opportunities, contacts, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
