Abbott is seeking a strong leader to head the regional sales team across Northern Germany, driving the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score initiative and executing the national sales strategy in collaboration with the DACH leadership.

You will spearhead KOL management, optimize account management with cross-functional teams, and strengthen ties with Gynecology, Senology, Oncology and Pathology experts to promote MGA testing and achieve sales targets.

Qualificações

• Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience.
• Strong experience promoting complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales team to leverage Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score.
• Execute national sales strategy and drive brand plans in DACH region.
• Mentor and develop Key Account Managers, drive KOL management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strengthen relationships with Gynecology, Senology, Oncology, and Pathology experts to promote MGA testing.
