Job summary

BD is recruiting a Territory Manager for Breast & Plastic Surgery to grow GalaFLEX adoption across reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery in the South UK. You will own your territory, build relationships with surgeons and clinical teams, and drive adoption from initial discussions through evaluation and repeat use.

You will work with UK and European colleagues, shaping the territory while contributing to the growth of the Breast & Plastic Surgery business.

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical-device or premium healthcare sales.
• Ability to translate clinical evidence into clear conversations with customers.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the territory.
• Experience selling to surgeons and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a focused territory plan identifying surgeons and accounts with the greatest potential.
• Develop new and existing business across public hospitals, private hospitals and specialist clinics.
• Build trusted relationships with breast and plastic surgeons, clinical teams, opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Present clinical evidence and the value of the GalaFLEX portfolio clearly and confidently.
• Create product evaluation opportunities and support surgeons and clinical teams throughout the adoption process.
• Deliver sales objectives while developing a healthy pipeline of new and growing accounts.
• Support congresses, workshops, educational activities and professional networks that increase awareness of the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activities and forecasts in Salesforce while working in line with relevant regulations and BD policies.
