Distro is seeking a results-driven Sales Recruiter to source and place quota-carrying sales talent across the United States, with a focus on Business Consultants and related B2B roles.

You will partner with sales leaders to build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and drive the hiring process with speed and purpose, delivering qualified candidates supported by evidence-based summaries of performance and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience evaluating quota-based sales metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Business Consultants and other B2B sales roles across the U.S.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive sales professionals.
• Build pipelines by geography, industry, and sales specialization.
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, ATS databases, and job boards.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout a competitive hiring process.
• Provide hiring managers with data-driven summaries of candidate experience and results.
