Clorox is hiring a Sales Planning Senior Analyst in the Pleasanton, CA area. The role supports the Customer Sales Planning team by delivering reporting, budget management, forecasting support, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

In this position, you will develop and maintain recurring customer reports, own budget forecasting, and lead annual/quarterly target-setting while collaborating with partners to drive accurate planning and effective

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, customer planning, forecasting or demand planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Highly preferred experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain recurring customer reports and scorecards.
• Own customer budget forecasting and monthly budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Lead annual and quarterly customer target-setting processes and communicate progress to partners.
• Provide customer forecasts and contribute to S&OP and RFI/RFP processes.
