Huntress is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations professional to partner with go-to-market leaders, translate goals into performance reviews, and deliver KPI insights across the revenue lifecycle.

You will diagnose performance issues with root-cause analysis, own high-impact initiatives from discovery through measure, and support enterprise selling motions in a fully remote role. The position offers 100% remote work with generous PTO, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales or revenue operations or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise selling motions and multi-channel relationships.
