Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Manager in the Atlanta area. This role will travel up to 60% and operate as a remote employee within the Atlanta market, coordinating with construction stakeholders to drive SBD solutions from pre-construction through closeout.

You will build relationships with end users, contractors and subs, promoting SBD value-added products and ensuring project efficiency, safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years of sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement on major North American construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors to advocate SBD solutions.
• Promote value-added products and tailor solutions for project efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop engagement plans, align resources to milestones and customer needs.
