Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Channel Manager to join our Channel Marketing team as a hybrid or remote employee.

You will direct strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans, partnering with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop strategic initiatives and launch new products. You should have 5+ years of Product, Sales or Marketing experience in the Commercial space, with strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience in the Commercial space.
• Strong analytical, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to drive profitability and implement strategic channel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance on initiatives.
• Present new products and promotional strategies to buyers and launch plans.
• Analyze POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage listings and maximize sales and profitability via pricing and promos.
• Drive channel P&L decisions with cross-functional teams.
