Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
• 15 years of related experience with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles across supply chain or enterprise leadership.
• International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross functional value creation initiatives including tariff mitigation from concept design to delivery.
• Develop governance models and risk mitigation plans for the Value Creation Office.
• Build strategic partnerships, drive margin, profit and cash improvements across the P&L.
• Develop and implement a common value creation framework and global project methodology.
