Job summary

Outreach in Seattle is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Operations Manager to partner with Sales, CX, and Marketing. You will own the Sales Operations function, drive territory design, forecast strategy, and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will split time between supporting assigned sales teams and leading cross-functional programs, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to executives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of sales operations experience.
• Data-first mindset with Excel data modeling.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and data analysis.
• Ability to present to executives with confidence.
• Experience in territory design, forecasting, and sales process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own territory design strategy and ownership.
• Define performance metrics; create reports and dashboards.
• Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive forecast management and ensure predictable growth.
• Manage funnel processes from opportunity creation to close.
• Build dashboards for a single view of the business.
• Provide data-first advisory to sales leadership.
