Uber Technologies Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to partner with US&C Ad Sales leadership.

You will drive territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene while optimizing sales processes and enabling revenue growth across Uber’s US&C market. You will analyze CRM data, support compensation and quota activities, and promote best practices for Salesforce and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Strategy, or Financial Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for handling large, unstructured datasets and synthesizing insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Administration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with US&C Sales Leaders to drive GTM planning, sales capacity analysis, and growth strategies.
• Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cadence; monitor revenue against targets.
• Own territory assignments, quota coverage, and book-of-business in Salesforce.
• Translate CRM data into actionable insights for sales leadership.
• Identify and remove friction in the sales cycle and onboarding ramp time.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Compensation on quota adjustments and payouts.
