Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator III to support moderately complex projects within the Sales Operations family. The role involves liaising with customers, scheduling service and sales calls, and coordinating technician dispatch to optimize capacity planning.

The position requires a high school diploma with 4+ years of customer-facing experience and familiarity with computer systems, including AS400. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
• Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Communicates with customers to schedule service/maintenance/sales calls and ensures the decision maker is present.
• Schedules and routes technicians based on availability, skill, and location to maximize capacity planning.
• Maintains the Sales Dispatch Board and related modules, updating as needed.
• Contacts customers to confirm appointments and follow up after visits or sales calls.
