Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to partner with field sales teams and translate strategic priorities into actionable deployment plans. Based in Arlington, VA, you will optimize field resources, build insights, and drive growth through data-driven decision making.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across functions to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement in route-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool usage required.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SOM team to understand strategic priorities and drive field activities.
• Lead deployment planning to align resources with priorities and ROI.
• Analyze deployment effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and performance.
• Collaborate with FSMs/FSSMs to ground decisions in data and insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and BI tools.
