Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Neighborhood Grocery Sales Analyst to empower the sales team with data-driven insights and reporting. The role collaborates with Customer Account Managers to meet objectives and grow market share for Nestlé brands.

Located in Arlington, Solon, or other Nestlé field offices, the analyst will leverage syndicated data and internal resources to inform strategic decisions and build compelling sales narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in retail sales or related sales with analytics focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots).
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI in analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to support business needs and drive category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and other data sources.
• Maintain category understanding and present data visually to support sales teams.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for day-to-day operations.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from retailer platforms and internal sources.
