Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Analytics Manager to lead a team of Sales Analysts delivering actionable insights, reporting, and demand-generating recommendations for the Coffee & Beverage sales organization. You will translate complex data into clear business solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders.

You will coach and develop analysts, establish standardized reporting, dashboards, and scorecards, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/commercial analytics or related field.
• Experience coaching, developing, and leading people.
• Proficiency with Circana and Nielsen data platforms.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Analysts delivering insights and reporting.
• Develop analytics strategy and standardize reporting.
• Coach and develop team members and build capabilities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive KPI-focused decisions.
• Deliver dashboards and scorecards for the regional team.
