Luye Pharma USA is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales Operations and support the field sales team in daily operations. You will help maintain the commercial infrastructure to drive field performance, incentives, reporting, and CRM optimization.

The role requires 3+ years in Sales Operations or related analytics in biopharma/healthcare, with proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related function within the biopharma, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI is preferred
• Ability to present analytical data to groups of Leadership and employees as needed
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for the Luye sales force in support of all day-to-day sales operations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity from various vendors/sources.
• Support the ongoing weekly and monthly reporting for field sales and sales leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support field sales performance, business insights, and leadership decision-making.
• Administer and support CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Veeva), including call planning, targeting, segmentation, user support, workflow enhancements, and reporting.
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
