Luye Pharma USA in Princeton, NJ seeks a Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics to partner with US commercial leaders. You will design, implement, and manage data analytics and performance reporting to drive commercial outcomes.

You will lead forecasting, dashboards, governance, and data integration from third-party sources, supporting field teams and executive decision-making.

This role requires a strong track record in pharma analytics, leadership, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or analytics.
• Proven leadership of analytic teams.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Symphony Health, IQVIA).
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting models for LE, annual budget, and LRPs.
• Analyze market trends, volume, market share, and KPIs vs forecasts.
• Assess sub-national performance to spot opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Prepare monthly business reviews using third-party data and internal metrics.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to monitor sales progress.
• Establish data governance and reporting standards for data integrity.
• Support field teams with data requests and actionable insights.
• Collaborate to develop demand forecast models with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to back brand strategy and execution.
