Job summary

Luye Pharma USA Ltd. seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team and optimize field force effectiveness.

You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales Operations to manage incentive compensation, field analytics, CRM operations, territory design, and sampling. You will develop Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, administer Salesforce/Veeva, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership decisions, partnering across Sales and Marketing to drive commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field is required.
3+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field in biopharma/healthcare preferred.
Proficiency in data visualization, especially Power BI.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for the Luye sales force in day-to-day sales operations.
Ensure data quality and integrity from various sources.
Support weekly and monthly field sales reporting and leadership reviews.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for field sales performance and insights.
Administer CRM platforms (Salesforce/Veeva) including planning, targeting, and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop compensation strategies and plans.
Track target setting, MBOs, and contest results.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards for field operations.
