Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with regional sales leaders and field teams. You will own critical operational processes including CRM account management, reporting cadences, pipeline health oversight, and revenue forecasting support.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, enabling frontline reps and leaders to drive revenue and growth in a people-focused, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Salesforce admin expertise to build reports and dashboards.
• Tableau visualizations for executive dashboards.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling with Excel/Sheets for large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Enforce CRM data integrity and hygiene; validate deal stages, close dates, and key fields.
• Partner with sales management to observe deal progression and identify funnel bottlenecks.
• Aggregate and analyze weekly forecasting data across regional teams for leadership reviews.
