Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to drive revenue tracking, forecasting, and economic research. The role partners with Finance and Supply Chain leadership to transform data into actionable insights and optimize delivery for quick-turn shipments.

The ideal candidate will leverage Google Apps, Excel, and Tableau to build complex financial models, maintain forecasts, and ensure data integrity across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, project management, marketing, customer success or financial analysis.
• Strong data integrity skills to analyze complex datasets and perform economic research.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and summarize recommendations for financial plans and forecasts to ensure predictable reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance on revenue updates and master tracking models across product lines.
• Perform technical analysis and economic research on rates of return to determine financial performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain to track revenue recognition and optimize quick-turn shipments.
• Support field teams on aging and backlog execution to streamline deal delivery.
• Analyze historical sales releases, backlogs, and market trends for revenue insights.
