As a senior contributor, you will report to senior management, mentor juniors, and lead change initiatives with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in sales, operations management, or related fields.
• CSOP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end operational processes and identifies risks with mitigation plans.
• Develops strategic plans to optimize operational processes aligned with goals.
• Advises sales and management to refine analyses and deliverables.
• Uses domain expertise to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Defines and monitors KPIs and takes corrective actions to meet targets.
• Creates documentation of processes and workflows for clarity.
• Recommends and implements technology for automation and efficiency.
• Leads organizational change initiatives and ensures adoption.
• Provides regular status updates to senior management.
• Mentors junior team members for development.
