The position includes mentoring junior staff, delivering regular executive reports, and guiding cross-functional programs to achieve cost-effective outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, sales, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of work experience in sales, operations management, project management, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end operational processes and mitigates risks to ensure business continuity.
• Develops strategic plans to optimize processes in line with company goals.
• Advises sales and management to improve analyses and deliverables.
• Identifies and improves processes to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Defines and monitors KPIs and takes corrective actions to meet targets.
• Creates documentation for processes and workflows.
• Evaluates and implements technology solutions for automation.
• Leads change initiatives and ensures adoption by stakeholders.
• Provides regular status reports to senior management.
• Mentors junior team members' development.
